Swift Student Has Poem Published
QUARRYVILLE -- A poem written by Swift Middle School student Brittany White has been chosen to be published in A Celebration of Young Poets, a national anthology for young poets! Brittany's poem is titled The Slaves Thoughts!, and she wrote it in February for Black History Month in a poetry contest. In addition to her poem, Brittany's name, grade, school and where she is from will also be published in the anthology.
