GWYNEDD VALLEY -- Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future is sponsoring a session on global warming and what can be done. The Saturday, October
27, session is
titled, "Global Warming: Rising to the Challenge by Acting Locally."
Learn the latest on federal and state legislation and global warming science.
Discuss what Pennsylvania can do to slow global warming.
Network with other activists from across the state and region.
Hear experts and policymakers, including:
John Carr, Secretary, Department of Social Development and World Peace of the United States Catholic Bishops' Conference
Richard Alley , Evan Pugh Professor of Geosciences, Penn State University.

a.m. to 3 p.m. at Gwynedd Mercy College
