Cutler's Commentary: A Thank You to Those Who Keep Society Moving
By Bryan Cutler, State Representative, 100th Legislative District
HARRISBURG
-- In honor of Administrative Professionals Day, I am dedicating my column to the administrative professionals who keep the Legislature and our society moving.

If an office were a car, administrative professionals would be the oil that prevents the engine from seizing up. A car would not run without oil, and an office would not run without administrative professionals.

Although there are some who would lead you to believe that my job as a state legislator is easy, I can assure you that it only looks easy because of the people who contribute to making things run smoothly. It is a very well-coordinated team effort, in which my team does a lot of work, but I get all of the credit.

I cannot imagine where I would be without that team. They are the first contact for many constituents in our district; they make sure that I am up-to-date on what is going on throughout the area; and they do everything they can to help me stay focused on advancing the priorities of the 100th District.

I really want to thank Jessica, Jennifer, Frances, Stuart and Ryan for all that they do. These individuals genuinely care about the residents of this community, and they are unwaveringly dedicated to serving them. I cannot compliment them enough for all they do to facilitate my efforts, and I want them to know how sincerely appreciated they are.

While Administrative Professionals Day will be over by the time this article is published, I am hopeful that readers will remember every day to thank those that make life a little easier for us all, and who truly make the world go around.
