Marie DavisMae Marie Davis, age 17, of 341 Snyder Hollow Road, New Providence, PA went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 13, 2008. Born on June 26, 1990, she was the daughter of William H. and Vicki Sourbeer Davis with whom she resided. Mae was a member of Bethesda Christian Fellowship where she participated with the dance team, assisted with the youth and organized church dinners. Mae loved volleyball, swimming, and baseball. Mae worked at Musser’s Market at the Buck and Outdoor World. Surviving beside her parents are two sisters, Ashley and Rebecca both a home; four brothers, Derek of Lancaster, William of Quarryville, Michael and Chet, both of New Providence; maternal grandmother Mae Sourbeer of New Providence; and paternal grandparents John and Louise Davis of Quarryville. Funeral services will be held from Mechanic Grove Church of the Brethren, 1392 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, PA on Tuesday, March 18th at 12:00 Noon with Pastors William Graver, William H. Morann and John Monk officiating. Interment will follow in Conestoga Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 10:00-11:00AM. Kindly omit flowers.
