Pearl Glass
Pearl L. Glass, 100, of 625 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, PA, died on Monday, March 3, 2008 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Willis Glass who died in 1967. Pearl had worked as a seamstress for 27 years at the former Tidy Products, Quarryville. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Quarryville since 1935. Pearl was also a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post 603 Quarryville. She was born in E. Drumore twp., daughter of the late Henry and Nellie Pinkerton Lindecamp. She is survived by her foster daughter: Louise Ressel of Quarryville, grandson Fred Ressel of Quarryville, granddaughter Vicki Smith of Quarryville, brother Harold “Joe" Lindecamp of Quarryville, sister Kathryn Martin of Quarryville, 1 great-grand daughter, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother’s John and Earl “Jake” Lindecamp. The Funeral Service will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church, 7 Wesley Road, Quarryville on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Blake Deibler officiating. The burial will be in the Quarryville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church on Thursday from 2:00-3:00 Pm.
