Virginia Hill
Virginia H. Hill, age 88, of 1173 River Road, Holtwood, Pa, died February 12, 2008 at her residence of natural causes. She and her husband Joseph Charles Hill were married 16 years. Mrs. Hill was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Charles and Helen Brown Hexter. Mrs. Hill had been employed as a secretary for a furniture manufacturing company. She was a member of Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church, Quarryville, Pa. Surviving beside her husband are a son Charles Allen married to Dolores Strickland of Hudson, NC and a granddaughter Crystal L. married to Jason Earp of Wilmington, NC; one great grandson; a step daughter Patti G. married to Joseph F. Duff, III of Holtwood; 2 step grandchildren Laura married to Jeremy Schroeder and Joseph Duff, IV; and 2 step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the Reynolds Funeral Home, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Saturday at 10:30AM. Interment will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
