The following was received by the Cutler campaign and was made available for newspaper publication:
I was very interested in the press conference held by Senator Armstrong and Representative Armstrong
at the Buck Intersection on Monday May 6, 2006, at 10am. The East Drumore Township Supervisors
were not notified of this press conference. I understand that Drumore, Colerain and Providence
Townships along with the media were in fact notified.
I think this oversight was very unfortunate because East Drumore Township is a major part of this project
whether our local State Representative knows it or not. He was never heavily involved in this project until
his political fortunes recently changed.
This looks like a self-serving political stunt by our State Representative who is supposed to represent the
entire 100th District.
The fact is the majority of the ground work and planned reviews were completed in 2000 and 2001;
before Representative Armstrong took office. Money was made available for this project at that time.
This is one example as to why I am supporting Bryan Cutler as our next State Representative in the 100th
District.
