Greetings!
My name is Queshia Bradley, and I work at the Alliance for Consumer Education. I commend you on bringing the dangers of Inhalant Abuse to light via you article entitled "Inhalants: Hidden Household Dangers” in your Council Corner in yesterday’s Solanco News. I noticed the National Inhalant Prevention Coalition was listed as a resource to gain more information on the issue. This email is to let you know that the Alliance for Consumer Education (ACE) is also a good resource.
ACE is a publicly supported charity founded to promote responsible and beneficial use of common household products to ensure a safer, healthier and cleaner environment in homes, businesses and the community. Our Inhalant Abuse Prevention is the most developed and most recognizable program. ACE has created an Inhalant Abuse Prevention Kit to present to parents of elementary, middle and high school children, so they can then talk to their children about the dangers and risks associated with inhalants.
