You're Fired
That's the words our/your State and Federal Elected representatives should be hearing for you/us the tax payers and voters of this commonwealth. In fact, every taxpayer and voter of any and all the 50 states should be out raged at their representatives deciding to go on vacation for the next 5 weeks, all the while the citizens, voters and taxpayers go without because of high fuel cost, unemployment, loss of wages as well as the high cost of food, electricity and in fact the cost of life.

Just whom do they think they are!

When elected to office, they, the elected made a promise to the people that they serve, yes serve as they are employed by you, the tax paying citizen voter of the state or commonwealth that they represent, to speak on your/you the citizen taxpayer voter, TO VOTE AND TAKE ACTION ON ANY AND ALL LAW'S OR EVENTS THAT HAPPEN THAT COULD OR WOULD OR WILL EFFECT THE QUALITY OF LIFE OR YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO PURSUIT HAPPINESS.

If you were an employer, and had an employee that was hired for a full time position, and they only showed up when they wanted to, took trips here there and every were when the wanted to at your expense, don't do the job they were hired for to the best of their ability and then just up and take off on a vacation because they need their rest to recuperate from there hard day at work, they would be fired even if they were family, so why do we/you, the taxpaying voters and citizens put up with this BS!!!

The lasted I looked at what could be called CHAIN OF COMMAND, it went something like this.

We the People Vote for ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS TO REPRESENT US, WE THE PEOPLE.

We elect people for local government, state government as well as the federal government.

The people we elect are there to give you the taxpaying voter a voice in the operation of the state and federal governments, on the state level, they prepare bill to be voted on by the state legislators to tell the governor how to do his job and how to run the state in the best manner to help the well being of the citizens and voting taxpayers of the state or commonwealth, on the federal level, they should be following the leads of the state/commonwealth representatives as to the needs of citizens and voting taxpayers and reporting to the governor to find out any and all special needs of the people that they represent, yes the people mean WE/YOU THE CITIZEN TAXPAYER.

These elected officials work for you and as their employer, are you going to keep letting them, the employee, dictate to you what the terms of their employment?

Just maybe, we the people should let them know just how, we the voting taxpaying citizen feel about them just taken off for a few weeks to rest while the rest of the, we the people have to look at our high food prices, high fuel prices and go to bed at night wondering if we will have a job in the morning or a way to get to work.

Even the fast food and retail industry are taken a big hit because of the high fuel cost, and they are reporting on the news that the run up on the price of fuel was due to what is being called speculators who are telling everyone that there will be a shortage of fuel because, these people who said they would buy fuel at $140.00 a barrel should be made to pay $140.00 per barrel and not get away with paying a lower price because the because they predicted didn't happen.

The government, both state and federal, know how high diesel fuel is at the pump, and yet they have done nothing to help the owner operator truck drivers keep working, you can see truck tractors sitting by the road side with for sale signs in them while the drivers try to find work and live on unemployment.

I'm not sure, I could have missed it somewhere, have you the voting taxpaying citizen seen or heard anything on just what the elected officials plan on doing for us, we the people voting taxpaying citizens this winter with the high cost of home heating oil and gas, I checked today, and heating oil was at $3.82 per gallon, that's more then a 25% increase from last year, just what are the people on fixed incomes and minimum wages going to do to keep warm this winter, move in with the elected officials.

This rant is getting out of hand so I will close with this thought, every citizen should send a letter to the governor and tell him to fire the federal elected representatives of this commonwealth, and ask the attorney general to look at charging the federal elected people with theft, for receiving a pay check for work that they did not do, looking out for the well being of we the people.

Stop being a mushroom, these people work for us and not us for them, we vote them in office and we the people can vote them out of office, it's we/your/my responsibility as a citizen and a taxpayer to look out for one another as well as the rights and well being of our service personal serving as well as their families while they are deployed, if you are not registered to vote, get register, if you haven't voted, get out and vote, this is still our country and it is still your responsibility mandated by the constitution and the bill of rights of this country.

We are the only free county in the world were WE THE PEOPLE mean just that, don't let the ?ME? people keep trying to tell the ?WE THE PEOPLE? that its just the way things go, so live with it, it is an election year so listen with your ears and see with your eyes what is going on and who is doing something and who is doing nothing, you listen to the presidential candidates and they say when I'm president I will do this or that, they are both United State Senators, what are they doing now, yes now when it is needed, we the people cant wait to see what is going to happen next year, ask them, what did you do for me today mister president candidate, what did you do for me yesterday.

One of the presidential candidates keeps saying and talking about all the laws he passed to help the people of his state, he passed, I didn't know he was the governor of his state, and the speaker of the house, who died and made her queen, we the people really need to listen not with our party, but with our ears and learn to use our eyes to see to for our self just what these people are saying and doing and stop being mushrooms.

I will close with this thought, if a person running for office were held responsible for what the said and promised, how many would be in jail, and have you thought of just how these people running for office, that already have an elected position, do there job and collect a pay check, or are campaigning for an other person running for office while collecting a pay check, sure is nice, where do you sign up to get paid and have fun to.
