Woman Assaulted by Husband
EAST DRUMORE TOWNSHIP -- Robert Eugene Kershner, Jr. faces
charges for assaulting his wife Sunday evening. State Police
Tpr. Jared Fluck responded to 1012 Buck Road to investigate a
domestic assault at 6:58 p.m. Sunday, June 22. The assault was
between Kershner and his wife Stacy Lee Kershner. She suffered
moderated injuries to her head, face and right foot. Robert
Kershner was arraigned before District Justice Stuart Mylin for
Simple Assault and Harassment. His bail was set at $500 and his
preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday, June 27.
