Providence Woman Victim
of Theft
PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP -- A New Providence woman fell victim to
theft last month when someone used her credit cards to withdraw
funds. State Police Tpr. Jon Smith responded to 317 Lancaster
Pike on May 19 in regards to Stephanie Irene Kurtz's credit
cards being used to withdraw a total of $971.16 without her
permission. Accused in the theft is Edwin Keen Emminger III, 42
of York.
