Solanco will
host the Rubicon
Mini Tournament.
The tournament
is divided into
two days. On
Thursday, July
17 will be the
Weight lifting competition (Bench Press). Wrestlers will bench ½ body weight as many times as
they can. Then
the Takedown
Tournament will
be Thursday, on
August 5.
That night
competitors will
compete for 5 minutes continuous.
The best of 5 takedowns
wins the Weight lifting Competition.
Every wrestler
is guaranteed
two matches and
the competition
is open to
wrestlers in
grades 7 - 12.
